Important Dates & Deadlines:

Abstract Submission Deadline: June 15, 2025
Full Paper Submission Deadline: August 1, 2025
Conference: September September 28 - October 04, 2025

Registration Fee:

Delegate Registration Fee is 6000 Roubles (to be paid on-site).
Postgraduate Registration Fee is 3000 Roubles. Students being exempt from paying registrations fees. Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash.

Conference Languages:

The Conference languages are Russian and English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Preliminary timing of oral presentations is 20 minutes, including time for questions.
The presentation must be in the PowerPoint format.

Poster Guidelines:

Limit the poster size: A0 (vertical).

Field Trips:

Information on Field Trips will be released at the Conference website and sent to those who are registered.
